I love this place it’s quite little get a way for the kiddos Hena is amazing and has great customer service she made sure we where comfortable in our squirt and that hot tubs are great I am recommending this place to my friends I can’t wait to get away again soon

Extremely clean and very affordable the rooms are spacious i have a whirlpool room It is very beautiful it has a Mirror on the ceiling and a very spacious Jacuzzi with glowing light above (for romantic nights)and the room also has a bathroom with a bathtub and shower & the customer service is great the staff are very accommodating and the area is safe and very quiet

Spent a week there. Really nice place. Friendly staff. You have Marshall’s, Aldi, jewel osco and tons of fast food around you. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Can’t complain.

Mo was very helpful in seeing that our needs were met as guests. He helped make sure we were provided with a comfortable and affordable experience. New management new look. I would definitely try this place out again. Thanks Mo!

The previous Presidential Suites @ 39th/St/Pershing is now WELCOME INN & SUITES. I have spent several nights in November in both a KING bed room & QUEEN bed hotel room. Stayed in 3 different rooms & found them also w/ no insect/bug issues, & loved the convenience of the INN 1 block from 2 PACE 307 bus stops both south & northbound, & 4 blocks south of a Metra Berwyn (Harlem Ave) train station headed east (Chicago Loop),or west to the near & far WSW suburbs. Hemma & her staff run the INN,are very friendly,service oriented & 24hr desk. Common hotel & microwave are available & refrigerator in each room. Cable TV,30+ stations & Jewel grocery across st. & a dozen or so fast food eateries w/in 3 blocks! GREAT PLACE!

Me & my family enjoyed our stay there. Everything was on point. Location is great all the stores are near by. Cheap and affordable, The rooms are big, and super clean. the staff there is the best. They made sure that my family and I was good the whole time we was there. Keep up the good work 👋⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our room was clean and neat. The parking lot is covienient and secure. The rates are extremely reasonable. The surrounding neighborhood has a lot of stores and restaurants. Mo the clerk who checked us in was extremely polite and helpful. He was also very friendly. My husband left his wallet and we were able to get it back immediately. The cleaning lady found it and turned it in. Mo made sure I was the I was the right person before he gave it to me. We appreciated that. It is a nice place to stay.

My family and I stayed here and we loved it. This was the best place to stay with my fiance and our children! I will be coming back here Everytime because they were so sweet and nice.
